We have introduced date booking - so the number of events we can handle in a day is limited. The earlier you book your date, the greater the chance that it will be available. However, even if you have a wedding next week, it is worth enquiring about date availability as these requests are processed on an expedited basis, so while there is still space, we will grant you access even at the last minute. Definitely yes! Our app allows you to create a different kind of memories. It is a film full of emotion, presented from the perspective of the participants. It's not about perfectly stabilised and framed shots - this film shows your day from the inside out, and it allows you to collect unique shots taken by guests. It's a bit like an Instax transferred to the world of film, where the emotions captured in the moment are of the greatest value. Plus, you get the film from us immediately after the wedding, without having to wait months for the videographer's footage. In addition to the edited film, you will also receive photos and recordings of your loved ones that you can immediately add to social media or send to your friends. Justfilm.it is also an ideal additional attraction for your guests - each of them can play reporter and then see their shots in the final film.
We have organised many weddings and know how to get guests involved in the fun! The end result depends largely on the involvement of the guests, their sense of what is interesting to capture, and the quality and number of shots they take. But as with anything, if you buy a nice paper guest book with two people writing in it, you will end up with an empty book. We cannot guarantee 100% guest participation, but we have some ways of doing this that we have worked out with other bridal couples. Included in the package price, we will prepare poster graphics with a QR code and instructions for self-printing that will blend in with the venue decor. They can be framed and displayed in a prominent place. We have also prepared some tips on how to get your guests interested in adding testimonials, which we will share with you once you have purchased the package.
Participants in the event do not need to download any app or register. All you need is a phone with internet access. After scanning the QR code, participants are taken to a website where they can add recordings and photos. Only the event creator needs to register with the app to access the event panel. After purchasing the package, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create an account.
Yes, all uploaded files and the edited video can be downloaded to your device. At the end of the event, you will be able to download all the collected files and the finished film from the event panel. You will also receive an email from us with information and a download link once your film has been edited.
You can decide when you want to start editing. Once a package has been purchased, it is possible to enter the start / end date of the event. This date marks the end of the uploading of files by the guests and the start of the editing of the video. Video editing is very quick and usually takes about 20 minutes.
We have worked as film editors for several years - so we know what editing should look like, and we have 'taught' the application! When it comes to the wedding video, we think the editing works really well and is enhanced by many elements. For example, the shots are automatically aligned and matched (as they usually have different resolutions and parameters). In the case of a music video, the app edits the video to the rhythm of the music. We encourage you to upload your favourite song, preferably a fairly dynamic one - this will make the video more interesting. The video and the song form a unit and blend well together. The application does not use the entire footage uploaded, but trims it so that the changes are dynamic. So if someone uploads a five-minute video, it does not take up the whole film, but is cut and integrated into the whole film. The app also selects footage to show the entire wedding from start to finish. In addition, the footage in the video is arranged according to the time it was created, rather than when it was uploaded to the app. As for the video of the wishes, the editing is simplified - the wishes are not cut, there is no additional soundtrack. We wanted all the wishes to be in the final video. With this package, you can also add any footage you want (not just the wishes), but the soundtrack will not be removed.
Shots are sorted chronologically, based on the date the shot was taken, not the date it was uploaded. This means that relatives can add footage at any time - they can add on a regular basis, or add all the video at the end of the event. The app recognises the date the footage was taken so the whole event is presented chronologically.
Yes, this is possible. It is up to you to set the timeframe in which your relatives can add files. In the Event panel it is possible to enter a start and end date of the event. of the event - the maximum duration is 3 days. Thanks to this option, guests will be able to add recordings from home after returning from the wedding.
Yes, you can test how guests upload files before you buy a package.This option only allows you to see what uploading files to the application looks like.
